Nanny is going on a much needed vacation with her brother Gavin, that means Eloise gets a temporary nanny - the young and hip Nicole. Nicole shows Eloise an exciting side of New York City that she knew nothing about and they have tons of fun. Unfortunately, most of the fun involves breaking rules! Soon though, Eloise notices that Nicole and Eloise's favorite Plaza employee, Bill are getting a little too friendly; and Eloise's jealousy rears its ugly head.
