Colfax & 15th is about a young hood, Isaac, turned bounty hunter with a newborn on the way, trying to reform his life. Isaac is caught within a hidden web of corruption as he begins to unravel the shady organization of his employer who has fallen deep into a world of criminality. Isaac is led down the path of deceit into an unseen subculture that teeters on edge of law and lawlessness.

Two local aspiring filmmakers, cinematographer Joel Stangle and director Stephen Santa Cruz, of Denver, Colorado, set out to make a film that reflected authenticity about the thriving, but loosely monitored Bail Bonds and Bounty Retrieval industry in the western United States.
