Summary
The Great Rescue is a documentary that follows the journey of two turkeys given a second chance at life. When they’re rescued in Long Island, two women embark on a road trip to bring them to their new home, a sanctuary in Colorado. They meet a community of rescued farm animals, all with their own stories.

As the months unfold, the film introduces the animals, their caregivers, and the extraordinary bonds that grow between them. It’s a story about second chances for animals and the people who love them.

Through recovery, friendship, and compassion, The Great Rescue explores the power of kindness – for all living beings.
