Guest Relations

The Guest Relations Manager will oversee all Guest Relations systems and needs for the 2019 Denver Film Festival (DFF). DFF is the largest premier film event in the Rocky Mountain Region and happens across 4 venues (Ellie Caulkins Opera House, Sie FilmCenter, UA Denver Pavilions & The Historic McNichols Building) over 11 days filled with films, red carpet events, panels, curated VR/ immersive experiences, and special events. With over 130 invited guests, jurors and panelists, the Guest Relations Department responsibilities are significant in supporting the needs of all invited guests and ensuring the best possible experience with the festival.

Transportation Manager

The Transportation Manager will oversee all transportation systems and needs for the 2019 Denver Film Festival (DFF). DFF is the largest premier film event in the Rocky Mountain Region and happens across 4 venues (Ellie Caulkins Opera House, Sie FilmCenter, UA Denver Pavilions & The Historic McNichols Building) over 11 days filled with films, red carpet events, panels, curated VR/ immersive experiences, and special events. With over 130 invited guests, jurors and panelists, the Transportation Department responsibilities include providing transportation to and from the airport, the venues and select receptions. The position is part-­time leading up to the festival and full time in the week preceding the event and throughout the festival.

 

VR Manager

The Virtual Reality Manager works closely with departments across the Denver Film Festival (DFF) and is a critical player in ensuring that all VR initiatives are properly advanced, tech specs are met, the VR hall is well outfitted/dynamic, and all systems are in place to provide the best possible experiences to all festival attendees and VR creators. DFF is the largest premier film event in the Rocky Mountain Region and happens across 4 venues (Ellie Caulkins Opera House, Sie FilmCenter, UA Denver Pavilions & The Historic McNichols Building) over 11 days filled with films, red carpet events, panels, curated VR/ immersive experiences, and special events. With 15-20 VR, Immersive and Interactive programs in play, the VR managers responsibilities are significant in supporting Festival guests and attendees to have the best possible experience.

 

Assistant Operations Manager

The Assistant Operations Manager works closely with departments across the Denver Film Festival (DFF) and is a critical player in ensuring that all pieces of the festival come together as an executable whole. DFF is the largest premier film event in the Rocky Mountain Region and happens across 4 venues (Ellie Caulkins Opera House, Sie FilmCenter, UA Denver Pavilions & The Historic McNichols Building) over 11 days filled with films, red carpet events, panels, curated VR/ immersive experiences, and special events. The Denver Film Festival is well-known not only for seamless presentations but for the cooperative environment in which this takes place.
