The Manager of Events and Partnerships is responsible for the development, implementation and supervision of all special and private events, as well as identification and development, of community and in-kind partnerships in support of Denver Film Society activities and revenue objectives. This position will manage event staff, departmental budgets and reports. The Manager of Events and Partnerships reports to the Director of Marketing and Partnerships and works in collaboration with board, staff, volunteers and patrons. In addition to all special and private event responsibilities the Manager of Events and Partnerships will also play a role in developing partnerships and be responsible for sponsorship fulfillment of DFS programs, organizing in-kind sponsorships and help assist in new sponsorship acquisitions.
