THE VALUE OF VOLUNTEERING
Join the 400-plus volunteers who lend their time and energy to the Denver Film Society each year, working to enrich Colorado’s cultural landscape and the lives of its citizens via cinematic programming—and get an exciting glimpse behind the scenes while you’re at it.
Year-round, the DFS seeks volunteers to employ their skills at the Starz FilmCenter—whether they’re engaging with the public as ticket-takers or docents or helping our office staff with a variety of administrative tasks. Annual events like the Starz Denver Film Festival require even more assistance in areas ranging from customer service and hospitality to transportation and outreach.
The 32nd Starz Denver Film Festival runs from November 12 to November 22, 2009; volunteer recruitment will begin in August.
